Let's have a Fanart Contest!

It's been pointed out that we haven't had a fanart contest in a while. With Yousei officially out, now seems like a good time to do that.

Rules are fairly straightforward:

-Winner gets a free game of their choice. Everyone else gets a 15% off code. (Codes and the free game award are good for any existing OR future game - so if you already have all our games, you can hang onto it for Backstage Pass or the next Jisei game.)

-Entries must be new pieces drawn specifically for this contest.

-Entry must be a drawing of one or more sakevisual characters. Any of our VNs are acceptable, including ones not yet released. The game must be an actual sakevisual release, not just something Ayu’s written for (so no Winter in Fairbrook or Cinders).

-Maturity of piece must be no more than PG-13. Our games are meant for a wide audience, as is this contest.

-By submitting a piece, you give sakevisual the right to use it however they see fit providing that a.) You are credited for it, and b.) We don’t make any money off of it. Basically, I’m reserving the right to use it for a Fanart Friday, or post it on the blog, or otherwise show it off to people.

-Winner will be decided by popular vote.

-Email your submission to ayu@sakevisual.com on or before Wednesday, March 6th, 2013.

Contest Results!

A huge thanks to everyone who submitted art to the fanart contest! I know it sounds like hyperbole, but it really does make me delightfully happy to see it. This year, we had a tie for first place! Congratulations to klonki and Pyonkotcchi!

And two more entries were chose as Judge's Favorite(s)! Congratulations to sorael-ignis and TheBlueberryBlanket! You'll both be getting a free game of your choosing.
