Playtesters Needed for [text]

Hey all~ I'm bumping Wordcount Wednesday (again) to let you know that I've finished writing a new (short) sound novel and I'm looking for a few good people to playtest it for me before the release. The novel is called [text] - A Summer Story. The gameplay looks like it does in the screencap above - no character sprites or CGs or any of the usual stuff you'd see. Just a phone and some photos.

I'm looking for people to check for bugs, typos, and just to generally make sure that everything works the way it should. The game itself is about half an hour worth of playtime depending on how easy it is for you to get all the endings, so it shouldn't take much of your time, but you will have to actually play it sometime today or tomorrow. This game is for people who are interested in mysteries and psychological stuff.

If you are interested in playtesting, please fill out this form:

Wordcount Wednesday - Now Available on Friday!

Apparently Friday is the new Wednesday. I missed WW again because I forgot that it was a Wednesday. D: That's a good thing, though. The less I update, the more I'm actually working (and thus, have no time to update). Anyway, I've got a word count on the game I announced a little bit back.

The game contains 444 screens of dialogue.
These screens contain a total of 3,147 words,
for an average of 7.1 words per screen.
The game contains 9 menus.

The writing is done, so that's basically the final word count. I know it doesn't seem like much (Ripples is slightly less than 2,000 words), but it's not really what I'd call an accurate word count, seeing as a lot of dialogue is presented...differently. It's still a short game, though. First round of beta testing is done, bugs have been caught, and typos have been fixed. The second round shall commence soon, and I will soon be in need of some new testers, so watch this blog.

Renairody #13

It is my pleasure (and honor) to have my works featured in the latest Renairody 4koma series. Many thanks to F.I.A. for both cleverness and playing all my games. XD

If you don't get the joke, you should play all three of my released games. They're free and they're short. What have you got to lose?

As a side note, I have long been considering doing a rewrite of Forget me Not with better graphics, a longer story, new music, and re-recorded voices. It's not really at the top of my priority list, but maybe it'll happen someday? I've also been long working on a sequel to Ripples. It's not a direct sequel though, so I doubt most people will notice. >.>
