Cold Acquired

This past week, I contracted an illness of some variety. Said illness laid me out for a few days, and I'm still trying to get fully better. So the past few days have been mostly rest with a bit of work here and there. But I am still alive, and I'll probably be back up to speed sometime next week. It's tough working on contract. You don't get paid leave or salary, and when you're sick, the income flow halts. Thankfully, this isn't nearly as bad as some of the times I've wound up in the emergency room.
